Cardio Kickboxing


Channel your inner karate kid and strap on a pair of gloves for this 45-minute cardio kickboxing class.  All the sweat of a regular TFIT session plus some jabs, hooks and kicks to top it all off.  Sessions for this package are on Saturdays only, so sign up today and get in gear.
