It’s a scientific fact that what “taste good” to us individually, is heavily influenced by what we consistently eat.
Said another way, the more you eat a certain food, the more your palette accepts that food and rejects foods that don’t resemble your beloved tradition.
Example:
In the Caribbean people eat goat(baaaaaah), and they like it.
In Japan, people eat octopus(they don’t make sounds).
Both cultures may find the opposites food preferences a little quirky but both cultures enjoy their food because they’ve LEARNED to love them.
Learn to love spinach (and other veggies) and you’re half-way there.
